I have the following but somehow even with liquid cooling I cannot go beyond 3.2ghz.... I just bump up the Vcore to 1.6 I believe using F5 bios. What else can be done? Thanks

First though is... have you tried lowering your memory multiplier?

Second thought is... maybe you're pumping too much voltage through it? This board is known for really good overclocking... of dual cores. The VRMs probably aren't beefy enough to push a lot of power through quads. What is the nature of not being able to go above 3.2GHz? Does it not POST or is it not stable? If it is a matter of it not POSTing, try using stock voltage.

Third thought is... maybe you are at the limit of one (or more) components in your particular setup?

Fourth thought is... I hope you aren't one of those overclocking nubs who jump right in hoping for 4.00000GHz exactly.

This can't be what you mean, right? You shouldn't be much above 1.35 on these chips. Furthermore, you'll need to adjust more than just vcore to get the system stable above 3.3Ghz or so.

BLCK. You do know that your CPU is multiplier locked, right?

Sounds like the OP might be trying to overclock using some kind of built-in software that came with his computer. OP - do you know how to access the Bios? If so, you'll want to review a tutorial on overclocking via bios settings.

I believe it is 150 but I am not sure. I managed to get again up to 3.38.... not sure what I did. I did not write down what I increased in the BIOS. Yes I know the CPU is locked. I have BTW a mini iTX board and not those full size...trying to get network working now
