The DS3R has 6-phase power, while the DS3L has 4. Also, the DS3R has 4 more SATA ports and 1 more USB header

I went to the web site.. The specs for this board is 4 usb, Now rev1.0 has 4 usb and the one at Newegg is rev 2.0 which has 8 usb headers.. FYI..

I feel rev 2.0 is better, but both will over clock nicely..How do I know because I have both rev1,2 ..

That's most likely true but there is no guarantee that you'll get a revision 2.0 board from either Newegg or ZZF at this point, but I agree that being only a $2 (or less) difference, I believe that I would go with the egg! 🙂
 
Be careful. I don't think 20% off via Paypal is for ALL ITEMS @ NewEgg (from now till 11/28/07). Offer shows up in my e-mail but it didn't spell out that promo is good for all items. Someone needs to call and confirm.
