The classic question! Which of the two boards do you all think is more bang for your buck?! And being that their price range is near the same, which board do you think will run a computer more stable and fastest? I honestly have my money on ASUS to make a more powerful board. They are reputable for power. However I have had a couple of problems with my last ASUS board, the P4S800D-E Deluxe. I had to replace a few times, bad memory controllers, etc. etc. But then again, that was SiS chipsets (not that I have anything against SiS) but if you buy cheap, you get SOMEWHAT cheap I suppose (though the board has proven to be a GREAT board otherwise). My last 2 Gigabye boards however have been EXTREMELY stable and from what I saw, fast. Never had a problem with either one, except when I touched one after rolling around the carpet in a wool jacket, silly me. But given computing power nowadays, a coulple of notches lower on the benchmark scale ain't killing your Half Life 2 experience. So I suppose the main question; which board will prove to be a more stable computing environment? The ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe or the Gigabye GA-K8NXP-SLI Deluxe?
