Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI Networking Problems?

Has anyone been experiencing any problems with using either of the gigabit ports on this MB?

When ever I boot it have problems immedietly connecting to the network. I have to disable and enable the LAN connect in order for it to establish an ip.

Anyone else have any similar problems?
