gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939

does anyone have the gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939? if so what your opinion on it and does it have the nvidia firewall? im thinking about getting this motherboard to replace my abit av8 3rd eye motherboard. oh yeah and is the ga-k8ns ultra-939, will it work right out of thbe box with my amd athlong 64 3200+ skt 939 winchester 90nm cpu? or will I need a bios update for it to work? most likely i'll order it online and if it needs a bios update, how can i get a company to update the bios for me before they ship it?
