Is anyone using the Gigabyte GA-945P-S3 motherboard with their Conroe processer?

What are you opinions?

I ordered an S3 and an E6400, with some Corsair DDR2-800, yesterday. I'm not looking to overclock much, only to about 2.4-2.5. But from everything I'm reading, this is a very stable board with the C2D.
