Gigabyte GA-8PE667-ULTRA or Abit BE7-RAID?

Which of these boards do you guys recommend. I'm having a hard time making my mind up. Or should I go with a completely different type of board. i dont need firewire but I really need RAID (non S-ATA) and USB 2.0.

The Gigabyte runs rock solid as long as you use a single stick of ddr 333 and overclocks pretty good as well.
Abit is well known for good performing, stable, overclocking mobos, and as stated at their site it supports 2 sticks of ddr 333...
If the Abit was available before I switched from Amd to Intel, I would have gone for the Abit.
