Gigabyte GA-7VRXP: BIOS problem

Hello

Does anyone who have Gigabyte GA-7VRXP motherboard and experiencing problem with their latest bios?
The bios is 7VRXP_f6, releasing on May 09 2002. When I updated bios, Windows XP refuses to boot. XP says that the power management is not compatible...something...I can't remember the exact word. I have to rollback the bios to original.

If you have a rev. 1.0 motherboard then the latest bios upgrade will not work on it and Giga-byte has refused to post any fixes or support for it.
