I am using a 2500k any thoughts or opinions?

I can get either one for about 165. HTPC and some gaming with a hd6870 gpu .

yeah the gigabyte seems fine. I have to downsize all my cases to matx. So I wanted a good quailty matx board.

last years model asus maximus seems like a good choice since I am keeping the 2500k. thanks
