gigabyte g1.sniper (iv) vs asus maximus (sb)

yeah the gigabyte seems fine. I have to downsize all my cases to matx. So I wanted a good quailty matx board.

last years model asus maximus seems like a good choice since I am keeping the 2500k. thanks
