Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Vista 64 not recognizing 4GB of Ram

So I just got my new PC up and running with Vista 64:
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
Intel C2D E8500
4GB OCZ Sli-Ready DDR2 800
Seagate 7200.11 500GB
HIS ATI HD4870 1GB

Well everything is working fine but my system profile within Windows says I only have 2 GB of Ram. Is this incorrect in Windows or do I have a memory issue?

Thanks for any help!

Bump

Bios claims it only has 2048 MB of RAM as well. I don't see anything in BIOS on how to remap the memory.

Any ideas?

Update: my issue is resolved. Turned out to be a seating issue just as the wise Blain suggested. Thank you sir!
