gigabyte ep45-ud3p bent pin

i just bought a gigabyte ep45-ud3p motherboard from here. when i got it and was looking over everything i notice a bent pin. will this work with one pin bent, it looks like it wont touch the cpu. what should i do?

I didn't see any bent pin in the picture. Perhaps if you circle it and re-post the photo?
I did see what appeared to be hair in the pins. Be careful removing that, or it might bend the pins.

I think I see it .. Consider the square opening as points on a compass.. It's along the North edge about 7 pins from the NW corner..

two options, or maybe 3! 1 unbend it with a needle (ive done this before) 2 return it, 3 use it for a dog brush like the previous owner.

Can you still unbend pins with a pen? or a empty lead pencil end?
I did it before years ago.

Yes you can still use the empty mechanical pencil. I've done it several times myself. Just try to get the ends to all line up in nice straight lines.

Tell the seller and make him pay return shipping and refund your money, or get some sort of restitution and bend it back. I hate it when people sell dirty, smelly hardware.
