Friends,
I have a GA8KNXP motherboard that I built a system around a few months ago. The clock seems to be losing about 15 minutes a day on Windows XP Pro operating system. I thought it was the lithium mobo battery and replaced the KTS battery with a fresh Energizer. Seemed fine for a week or so.
Now I've noticed that the clock is running slow again. I tried to click the "Update Now" button on the clock properties. Whether the clock updates from windows.com or nist.gov, it seems to be off by about 15 minutes.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with the 8KNXP? I might be wrong blaming the mobo right off the bat, but I am so perplexed by this weirdness...
Anyone has any suggestions to offer? Thanks!
