Gigabyte 8IEXP and the EasyTune4 Utility?

Update: I've flashed to every BIOS Gigabyte has on their site for this board, and Easytune4 will still not scan the BIOS! Help!

same here,
easytune4 doesn't work for my 8IGX.
even easytune3 doesn't work too.
I guess easytune doesn't work for 845 series chipset motherboard at all.

i just built a system using this mobo yesterday with a 1.8a and overclocked it in the bios. What is easytune supposed to do that cant be done through the bios and what goes wrong, i was thinking about installing it but wasnt sure if it had any benefit.

lol, it installed on my PC, displayed my settings, and I tried to apply a change, BOOM, instant reboot. Immediately removed this uselessware :) Use the BIOS. Save your hair.


Mine is a 8IEXP.
