Ok, I have a crappy generic 450 watt dual fan PSU. Anyways, My 5 volt rail seems low at 4.15 or so. Anyways I can OC to 195x11 fsb(locked barton) fine. But if I go for 200, it runs ok, but after a while, it randomly reboots. It even does so if I run my ram at 333. So I'm pretty sure it's a PSU problem. Anyone have any ideas?

Yep, it's your crappy generic psu. Here are some links for you: the cheapest psu you're gonna be able to use, Antec SL350, slightly better Antec SL400, even better Antec SL450, my recommendation to you: Antec TruePower 430, and what I bought: Antec TruePower 480. The TruePower psu's are some of the best psu's made, because the rails are completely independent of each other. You can be using every bit of power on one rail, and it won't drag any of the other rails down, like it does with 99% of the psu's made.

I have an Allied 350w power supply running the following:

7N400-L
XP2100 @ 2200MHz (Thoroughbred core)
1GB PC3200
2x Seagate Barracuda IV 80GB HDD's
1.44 FDD
Radeon 9200SE 128MB
Liteon 52x24x52 CDRW
Liteon 16xDVD
5x 80mm Panaflo L1A case fans

According to SANDRA 2004 SP1 my voltage rails are:

+3.3v - 3.3
+5v - 4.35 (seems low)
+12v - 11.92

The bios reports all rails to be 'OK'. This computer is rock solid and 100% stable.

Antec's are overpriced for their performance unless you go with their top of the line model (their true control 550 is insanely good for overclocking).

Get a superflower aka TTGI 450ss...they are like 50 bucks at Directron and have rock-solid rails. They push a lot of amps which is important with the power-sucking overclocking does. I also think they look nice :) That 4.15v 5+ you are getting right now is killing you. I personally have a 420ss (I don't think directron has them anymore) and it's great. Fortron makes a good power supply as well, from what I've heard, but I have no personal experience with them.

Thanks guys, I think i'm going to pick up an Nspire 450Watt in a few days. I've heard good things about them, and I can get it for cheap. It also has a nice blue led fan on the back to compliment my blue cold cathode :D

Hey, I got a new PSU today, Nspire 450 watt. She still wouldn't run stable at default voltages, but once I upped them by 7.5% she runs perfectly stable. The temps acually increased when i did it with this PSU. When i upped the voltage with my old PSU, the temps didn't increase and it wouldn't run stable... I guess I learned my lesson... Don't buy cheap crap.

Thanks for all the help.
