gigabyte 7dx fsb problem

I have a Gigabyte 7dx, its brand new because my old one blew up and was still under warranty, a 1ghz athlon tbird, 266 fsb, and two sticks of 128mb crucial pc2100 memory

the problem is that i can't get the fsb to run at 133, i was messing around with the clk generator setting on the bios, and i have that enabled, and the dip switches on the mobo are at 133, but it always crashes when its about to load windows, everything works fine if i have the fsb at 100-118, but then the next highest setting is 133 and it won't work,

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advanced
