Gigabyte 7DX DIED-HELP

Well as I was working on the new system last night I was in the BIOS and used the back door for FBS. I went to reboot (set it at 112)and nothing. No BIOS boot at all.
I moved the jumpers from pin 1&2 to 2&3 to clear CMOS and it booted and worked.
I went to reboot again and it locked up again. Nothing at all. Repeated clearing CMOS and that did not work??
Now, the system will not even BIOS boot.

mobo: 7DX
AMD: 1.2 T-bird
Memory: 256 PC2100
BIOS: latest update

Any feed back or something to check????

Hmm...very strange that it worked once and then stopped. Maybe it's just a conicidence and your power supply crapped out on you.

I tested power supply, all seems fine? Everything else powers up, but no boot.
