Gigabyte 6600GT - GV-N66T128D

Hi Everyone...

This card seems to be cheaper than most...

It's an AGP version... branded as a new card. There seems to be anothe rone available done up with heatpipes n stuff. This one is in my price range... only $237 canadian (or about $192US)

Has anyone seen this card or used it? Any comments on it? Seems to be cheaper than most other 6600GT's.

Here's a review on the gigabyte 6600 gt pci express, which shouldn't be too far off from the agp version you are considering.

Seems like a great deal to me =D

Thanks for the link. I think I trust gigabyte as a video card company generally... I guess I shouldn't worry about it and just buy it. ;-) Gigabyte has a few models that are passively cooled... maybe if I can find a passive model I'll switch if it's just modestly more $$.

The 66T128VP have the heat pipes + heatsinks, VIVO and default mem clock of 1120 (for PCI-Express).
