Might suffer from similar issues as the HIS unit concerning VRM temps (passive sinks on the VRMs - though the sink looks larger than the HIS unit). The Zalman fan on the GPU however is superior to the HIS model - and this board actually has a HDMI and a DisplayPort on it. Nifty!

Everyone else seems to be jacking up prices on the 4870 1GB these days.

Thanks for the post, but Worldwide Rebates as the rebate agent makes this deal a non-starter.

What's so horrible about Worldwide Rebates? My BFG rebate is doing fine.

I've done 6 or 7 rebates with them and received every one. 3 of them were from this past holiday season alone. I selected the no-wait rebate option for those and received every one in 2-3 weeks. Sure it costs a couple bucks for the option but not having to wait is, to me, worth it, plus that gives them motivation to want to fulfill it.
