I framed a 5x7 photo of us with one of our wedding invites (also 5x7), and between them I put the standard wedding vows (the whole "for better or for worse, death and all that"). It was extra-special for my wife because she hand made all of our wedding invitations. The intention was to replace the photo with one of our wedding photos after the wedding... haven't gotten around to that yet. And I also used an older version of the invitation that had the wrong time on it... whoops.
Anyway, it turned out really nice and she really liked it. Total cost was about $100 from pictureframes.com.

That'd be a great start to a marrage to be. Buy her jewerly, give her $$, clothes, yadayada bla blah blah. I only know this because my mom buys almost the same stuff every year. She'll liike any of the above.
