call a nice spa in your area and ask them if they are known for a specific treatment. One thing i LOVE is the Hot stone massage.
i would think a nice massage and then the other stuff would be perfect.

massage
mani-pedi
make-up
hair style (perhaps?)
that will be the perfect amount of time to get her to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.
and, trust me, she will *feel* sexy with = 😀 for you!

screw a spa....do it yourself...its MUCH more romantic...or see if the spa that you lookinto has massage lessons, that you can learn how to massage her back neck etc etc...my girlfriend and i went on a cruise and we did a team teach massasge class, we didnt really learn anything new, but it was really nice to be massasged by the one you love and not some really random weird person you dont know.
just my thoughts, i know i'd rather spend time with my girlfriend on her bday, rather then just send her away for the day and do a dinner :-\
my vote would be have her over for dinner (can you cook)?
after dinner a nice relaxing massasge, then a nice hot bath...then bed 😉

Take her to the park or a nice dinner for starters....
For gifts, flowers are good.
Chicks like sappy stuff....make her a coupon book with all kinds of coupons good for stuff. My gf got me one of these...it was pretty cool. Get creative. Buy a basket and fill it with a bunch of small items and individually wrap each one. Make a trip to Bath and Body works and get some massage oil while you're there. (about $22) I recommend the Jasmine-Vanilla.
I'm sure you'll have no trouble coming up with some other small items she might want/need.
Ohh yeah, check into foot rubs too...they sell those things and all you need is a tub of warm water so her feet can soak. My gf loves those.
