gift for sister graduating AF ROTC

I need suggestions for a graduation gift for my sister (well, actually cousin, but I consider her my sister). Anyway, she is graduationg next semester from the AF ROTC at San Jose State. Any ideas?

Active, and I can't recall what job, she has changed her mind a couple of times
