I have this .gif image of a spinning basketball that id like to resize to make it bit smaller. Which programs can do this?

sorry but i dont know much about this stuff. Resizing still jpegs and gifs are no problem, but this one is animated. Thanks
 
Paint Shop Animation Shop 3 by Jasc (the people who make Paint Shop Pro). You can either get is separately, or it comes bundled with PSP.

A little over kill though just to resize one image - perhaps someone could resize it for you?
