thanks. making the gif was fairly easy... it's the reducing of size and maintaining video quality that is a major pain in the ass.

Do you need photochop to make the animated gifs or can you use some free software to do it?

I used Premiere Pro CS4 for everything because I had to cut the video and slow it down first.

I was wanting to do that with some video from a football game.
