Well this is not as bad as an animal like a lion eating another animal alive, atleast both the centipede and the spider poison it before they eat it.

No, it's severely creepy because this is an insect eating a mammal. Crunchy green-blooded bugs with brains that do little more than centralize their sensory system eating each other is just nature taking it's course.

My sister's roommate fed mice to a frog once and they never did it again.

I do admit that I like millipedes better than centipedes, but meh... spiders are much more creepy to me for some reason.

doubt it. after looking at this site, where it fit everything else but says that this centipede eats cockroaches and crickets, i doubt it. looks like a nice fake movie.
