I'm going to go out on a limb and say that no human being has ever actually seen a Ghost, because they don't exist. Not to say that people don't believe they are seeing ghosts or experience some sort of sensory illusion that would be indistinguishable from a ghost from their perspective.

So my answer is no.

I had a supernatural experience once, whether it was ghosts or not well ___.

Heres what happened:

I was about 10-12 in my old house (small) at night. I woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night... I was used to the darkness so I could see my way easily to the bathroom (one door over from mine). Everyone elses door (sister, parents) was closed. I could see light shining in from the kitchen in the bottom floor below the washroom.

So I go do my #1 with the bathroom lights blinding me. I exit the bathroom, now I am used to the light and the darkness is consuming. I get to my room and am about to close the door when I feel someone pushing on it trying to get in. So I push back. I could feel it being rammed/pushed a few times until it stopped.

I was sitting there for awhile holding the door closed just in case. I was sweaty and freaked out... It was not my sister or parents

That's pretty creepy, but possibly explainable by you still being half asleep.

I am far more willing to entertain the notion that there once existed a horse with a horn than I am the notion that after physical death, with our bodies rotted beyond recognition, our persona somehow carries on in a form that resembles a human being made entirely out of light or some other collection of particles that are impervious to contact.

Here, I have one for you guys.

So about 2 years back during christmas a bunch of our friends and neighbors came over to our place for a gift exchange. Both my roommate and I know them but at that time I was out of town. Well many pictures were taken during the exchange and after they were developed my buddy and his gf noticed a black spot around the mouth of her and this other girl in every picture that they were together in. This wasn't because of something on the lens or the lighting because they were different poses, at different angles and taken by several different people.

They were a bit worried so they consulted a shaman and showed him the pictures. After doing his spiritual thing he said that the other girl in the picture once had a guy that committed suicide over her and his ghost was following her. What the connection was to my buddy's girl the shaman didn't know for sure but speculated that "it" might be trying to follow his girl now. They didn't want to ask that girl and embarass her but considering the situation they went ahead and questioned her. She admitted that there was a guy back then that was obsessed with her but she never gave him the light of day so he killed himself. She didn't say how.

The shaman also instructed them that if they don't want the ghost coming after her they'll need to destroy the camera and all the pictures in a fire. Even though it was a fairly expensive digital camera they destroyed it along with all the pictures.

And speaking of ghosts following people I think something similar is happening to my mom. She use to have these horrible nightmares and seeing dark figures in a female form. After seeing a shaman it all stopped but a couple of months back I woke up to my dad walking around the house telling someone to go away and not to come back. Freaked the hell out of me. I later told my sister about the incident and she said that mom was starting to have those nightmares again.
