Ghosting problems on GeForce2MX Twinview - Short Pins?

So, I got my Inno3D Tornado PCI GeForce2MX Twinview in the mail yesterday. I installed it in my work machine (which doesn't have an AGP slot, only Dell integrated AGP video), and hooked it up to my 21" Diamondtron and 21" Sun Ultra monitor. I immediately noticed a bad ghosting effect on the second display. I tried the following to get rid of it:

[*]Switching monitors. No joy, the ghosting was still present on the secondary display.

[*]Switching cables. No joy, the ghosting was still present on the secondary display.

[*]Moving the 2nd VGA header. This Twinview card comes with a header attached to the main board by a ribbon cable (16-pin, I think) to drive the 2nd VGA port. I tried moving it a couple of slots away from the GeForce card. No change.

[*]Twisting the ribbon. Thought this might reduce ghosting if it was a result of interference. No change.
[*]Latest drivers. Installed the Detonator 6.50 NT drivers. No change.

So I asked Inno3D for some technical support. They told me to try the following:

[*]"Please change the re-fresh rate to 60Hz." I did this, and while it reduced the ghosting, it didn't eliminate it.

[*]"Please check about your VGA cable is too long or not." Since this happened on two monitors with two cables (4 combinations), I don't think it's the cable.

[*]"Please check about the Power of the AGP Bus is stable or not. It will have "Ghost Image" in the screen. Or u can test this card in other system board to verify this first." Since this is a PCI card, this doesn't apply. And AFAIK, the GeForce2MX draws very little power. Would an insufficient power supply be a possible culprit?

And last but not least:

[*]"Or you can try to Remove the component of R632 and short together two pins of R632 with a wire. But it may be worse , it may be better." I have to assume that "R632" is the set of pins on the GeForce that the ribbon cable plugs into. But which two pins is he talking about?

I've heard in an earlier thread that cheap RFI components on GeForce cards can cause this kind of ghosting effect. One person (Adam??) even went so far as to solder some connections and remove some capacitors in order to alleviate this ghosting problem. Might this "short together two pins" suggestion be the same kind of thing?

Thanks for any suggestions....

Yup. But I guess since he said to "short out two pins with a wire" and not "short out two pins with some solder" that he wasn't talking about a permanent mod. It would have really helped, however, if he'd told me which two pins to short out.

Apparently, the R632 is a resistor that the tech wants me to short out. Any more ideas?
