Ghosting on CRT monitor

I just installed a Radeon 7000 in a computer, and the text is ghosing on the monitor. It is doing it on this one, but not another monitor.

Anyone have any ideas??

Are your video drivers installed and working?

you didn't say what monitor.

make sure your video cable is plugged in all the way..
if it's plugged in all the way.. you might need to RMA... the filters on the card probably gone bad. That happened to my geforcefx 5900, I RMA'ed, and problems were gone

The monitor that is ghosting is a gateway NV700. My ancient NEC MultiSync 5FG does not do that, and the gateway monitor worked fine with an old TNT 2 card.
