Ghosting Linux?

Hey all,

Just wondering can you use Norton Ghost to image a Linux installation? Also, have you done it and were there any "ill" effects?

Thanks in advance,
Bob

I have used it to image from one hard drive to another. This is very useful for cloning a lab or a cluster.

Norton Ghost 6.0 and up can read Linux partitions.
That's good to hear. I tried using PowerQuest's Drive Image to image a Linux partition and it wouldn't because it was unable to read the filesystem.
