Can you ghost a RAID 0 array? Like reboot and clone each one, then if it crashes just be slap them back on?

Well a raid-0 array is seen as one drive, so you can't ghost them separatly, but you can make an image of the array, and clone it back. I even successfully made an image of a raid-0 array and cloned it to a single drive, although it took some extra work.

What sort of extra work did it take?

Yes, you can. The trick is to get the array visible to move the information back. I have a spare 120 PATA drive, and I would install windows on there, get everything up, and then install the ghost to the RAID 0 array, and make it bootable. Worked rather well, albeit a bit time consuming.

sweet I can use the quasi ganked drive I am replacing to be the spare for ghosting. How do you make then inital image, just the normal means? Boot to the ghost cd and select clone or do you have to make the array non active and then clone it? When ever I ghost it is not from windows so I am wondering how this would work.

I think 8 or 8.5. I made this sweet multi boot cd for multicasting. Way faster than floppies.

I had to go in to the repair console, delete the SATA raid drivers, and also stop the service from loading, I was getting blue screens of death even in safe mode prior to that. I am using Acronis True Image 8 rather than ghost however.
