The EB Games deal of the day is free overnight shipping on this game. I can't imagine preordering this now as it doesn't come out for almost a full year, and there is little to nothing to go on as far as expectations are concerned.

I think it is safer to say it won't be out this year because it has no publisher unless things have changed in the last couple of days.

Even after that if rumors are true. The game has been delayed and we likely won't see it until next year. Ironically, the cause of the delay is the merger of Activision and Blizzard. The game is now looking for a new publisher.
