Ghost wont recognize 250GB hard drive

I am using a symantec ghost 7 boot disk and my new 250GB hard drive. Ghost will not recognize any of my Fat32 partitions. What am I doing wrong?
 
I think DOS only supports drives up to 137GB, so you either have to partition it into two seperate drives or run Ghost from windows.
 
I got my hands on a copy of ghost 2003.

now I am troubleshooting 2003. I am trying to copy windows from one hard drive to another, but then I need to make the partition bootable etc.
