Ghost in my computer!!

So, I'm sitting there looking at my desktop. All of a sudden, a red pattern starts emerging. The colors of the picture change to red in roughly the shape of a woman in a bikini but with no torso. I sit there staring for a while wondering if it's my imagination. Blink. Blink. Nope, doesn't go away. I touch my monitor in the red spots to see if it goes away. Nope. I turn my dell 2005fp 20" flat panel off, then on. Still there. I right click on the background and change the desktop to something else. Red pattern is gone. I change it back to the original picture. They come back. I put my mouse over the red spots. I put another window over them. My mouse and window show up. I go to the actual file the background is. The actual file has changed to include the red pattern. I look at the date modified. It is several months ago. I've had the background for several months and it has always been the same. I reboot my computer. When it comes back up, the background is back to normal. What. The. Fuck?

What antivirus/Adware have you got?

My advice firstly -
Install ADAWARE, SPYBOT, TROJANHUNTER, ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE ie AVG, KASPERSKY, MACAFEE
Update all of them.
Boot into safe mode.
Scan with all of them.
Reboot into safe mode.
Scan with all of them again.
Reboot into normal mode.
Scan with all of them again.

Then get back to us and tell us if there is still a prob.

dude same problem on winamp 5.08d, but it is just music no evil resides here.( As i tend to say evil as repersenting ghosts i mean that just as many of you would but i say it was funny thing.)

Oh, that was me, sorry. Just testing out my new matrix-metavirus code. Please ignore it, the test version was harmless.

PS. Cut down on the mind-altering substances, they are what allows those metaviruses to infect your mind.

Oh my god. Ok, I WAS high that night (and tonight haha) BUT there were other people who were not high and also were that confirmed it. It wasn't just my imagination. I was too busy freaking out by MY DAMN IMAGE CHANGING ON ITS OWN to worry about screen shotting it. I just want to know what the possible causes are!!!
