Ghost 10 or Norton Save & Restore 2.0?

So no one is capable of answering me if these new versions can make clones of other drives? 😕

I cant buy the Acronis anywhere locally (Im in South Africa and I dont have a Credit Card to by it online), but I can get Symantec stuff...

Neither one ... I suggest Acronis True-image instead.

2nd

why is it better than Ghost?

most imoprtantly, you buy once and you're done, ghost requires a subscription
i like it because it has a few other backup features that ghost doesn't.

wtfbbq? who the hell would pay for a sub fee for ghost?

<-------- glad my ghost 2002 doesnt have this crap.

so if the version of ghost doesnt have a sub fee, how is Tru-Image better?

my boss....

I came across this while browsing amazon. Its called Avanquest Perfect Image Pro
Has anyone used this before? Heres a review on it. Not much info though. It says you can boot off the cd but i'm not sure if you must have it installed on the hard drive first or if it has all the same tools when you boot off the cd. Its also cheaper than Ghost and Acronis.

The thing I like best about Acronis True-Image is the option to add a RAID or other custom storage driver to images you create without much hassle.
