Figure out which of her card was opened for the longest, keep that card and ask to raise the credit limit? Then do balance transfer all to that card and close the rest so everything is consolidated into one so it's easier to manage.

I simply do not understand the need to carry so many cards around. The best thing she can do is pay the card down and keep paying it down. This is the only thing that will improve her rating. She was dumped from the other cards because she was a risk.
