Gforce3 ti200 with 30.82driver

HI ,
I downloaded the lattest driver from nvidia webside to try it on my gforce3 ti200 visiontek. After install the driver eveything was fine. But everytimes i play Counter-strike with this driver my game will shut down after playing like 5 minits. I tried not overclock the card ..still the same. So i tried to reinstall 21.83 driver ....and everything run fine. ANyone have any idea wat is the problem is ? thanks
 
I got a similar thing with Warcraft 3, load the game and on the boot screen the textures beome corupt within 10 seconds. If i did manage to get into the game then it would crash with a memory error..

crap drivers for me, went back to 30.42 drivers..
 
No such problems for me with my GF3 Ti200, GF4 MX440 and GF4 Ti4600. All games I have work perfectly with the 30.82 drivers and I get a nice performance increase with the GF4 MX440 and Ti4600 but only a small increase with the GF3 Ti200.
