i have a pny geoforce 4 ti 4200 64mb and wanto put some heatsinks on the memory chips because of the card overheating but im not sure what the memory chips are
there are three small chips to the top left of the card three small chips to the top right and three bigger sized chips to bottom left and three small chips on the back of the card
could someone plz tell me which are the memory chips?

yeah i am a dumbazz didnt know anything bout that were already ramsinks on the memory chips never messed with that before
i would think just taking the ramsinks off the memory chips since it is proxy'd on would damage the card? is there a way to take off the ramsinks without damaging it?

Don't try to remove the ramsinks. You'll probably damage your card in the process.

I wouldn't bother much with trying to take the ramsinks off. If anything add more case fans and/or tidy up your case and clean the dust bunnies out.
