GF3 ti 200 128MB DDR? or GF3 ti 500 64MB DRR

It depends; do you need the TV out or VIVO thing (whatever it does)? If you just want the better performing card, it'd probably be the GF500, though it might be close. However, you'll have more headroom to O/C the 200, so if you want to spend the time and money, go out and get a crystal orb and some arctic silver III, stick 'em on and clock it past the 500. Should be possible, but you will lose the PCI slot below the AGP card.

I don't know how prices are in Canada, but in the US you can get the Radeon 8500LE for the less than both of those cards. At newegg they have a version with 3.3ns RAM, but I am sure that other vendors have those out there too. I would pick the card with the fastest potential and not worry if it has 128MB or 64MB of DDR RAM.

That's an easy one! Get the GeForce3-TI500! The extra 64MB's on the GeForce3-TI200 isn't gonna help its lousy performance vis a vis the GeForce3-TI500! Most games today don't even utilize 64MB yet so go with the GeForce3-TI500 or an 128MB retail RADEON 8500. Just make sure it says 'Built by ATI' on the box.
