The GF3 Ti200 definitely, there isnt even much need to bother with an in-depth comparison of their capabilities because outside of DVD playback the Ti200 is superior in pretty much every respect.

The GF4 MX440 is a marketing gimmick...pos card for the price.

The gf4 ti4200 supports all the features of the gf4 core and is clocked faster than the gf3 ti200. So, it will offer performance in games, especially when using aa and/or aniso. The gf4 mx440 (and all gf4 mx's) are essentially overclocked geforce 2's with very limited features of the gf4 core. Their relatively high price makes them, more or less, a rip off. You can normally get better performance for less money.
