GF2 GTS - Lockups - Req Help

I am having some probs with my GF2, although I have narrowed it down, so here is what ive found:

1. when playing intensive games online (ie Rogue Spear for me) I lockup when something big happens after a while, like someone walks around a corner

2. with single player RS it works great

3. i am running the 5.22 drivers because the 6.xx series will hard-lock much quicker, and 5.22 usually does not lock, but after a long time does

Here is what I think it might be, you guys tell me:

1. Motherboard (running FIC SD-11 with AGP 1x and fastwrites off - 2x and FW's on is no diff)
2. Power supply (on a 250 now, specs below of system)
3. Heat (Don't think so though because different drivers lock faster as I said above and I have great cooling and no oc'ing)

So, what do you think it is?

Specs:
AMD Athlon 600
FIC SD-11 mobo
128MB PC-100 SDRAM
250 watt PSU
52x CDROM
17.5GB HD
4.3GB HD
SBLive! Value
56k Modem

I've almost tried everything, so I'm pretty sure it is one of the three things i listed above, thanks for your help, i really appreciate it!!!!

Thanks,
Tim.

I think the SD-11 motherboard was not designed to provide enough power for the GF 2 possibly also the Athlon 600 you have is it a .25 or .18??? The .25 took a lot of power and the 250watt PS you have may be border line for your system... The cheapest test would be upgrade to an Athlon approved 300watt PS and try that next would be a MB thats just my .02 but I`m an Intel user so I`m pi$$ing in the dark but pay attention to a lot of post about AMD`s...

Thanks for the reply... seems as though the prob now only lies in the 6.xx drivers, which I think is the mobo problem.

Thanks again, I appreciate it!

Tim.
