What is her height for her to be only 100lbs ?
I don't know about the migraine suggestion. The blurry vision isn't really a symptom... but a blind spot is. Auras, they call them. I just had an ocular migraine yesterday. MSG causes mine and Zomig is my best friend and has been for the last 3 years. I dropped what I was doing, popped one in, and went to bed... at 6pm. Those aren't fun.
But this doesn't sound like a case of migraines. She should feel some kind of discomfort and she should definitely feel her head hurt... no matter how mild. I'd go with the field of vision test like the above post. The vision problem as a symptom of a migraine is only temporary, but if she usually has blurry vision, I wouldn't rule out something more serious as suggested (the brain tumor).
