those coffee makers look decent, but they pretty much suck. They get real dirty in the lid where coffee goes through when you're brewing, and you have to use pipe cleaners and sutff to really clean it out. Also, the opening on the carafe is pretty small, so even cleaning it is tough. The manual says not to put in dishwasher or use brush, but you have to otherwise it will get really brown and smelling like old coffee. (EDIT: the picture looks just slightly different than the one I had a couple years ago, maybe they improved it?)
The standard coffee makers from gevalia with glass pots are fine, though, no problems. I also heard the large stainless steel pot coffee makers from them are pretty good if you find the deal.
As for their coffee, it is definitely good stuff, but expensive. the worst thing I think is paying $6 for every shipment. My fav's are all the European varietals, especially Cafe Sperl and Cafe Greco, then also Kenya, and all the traditional roasts are really good too
