He already did. Somewhere around the time he was banned here he appeared on Ars Technica forums in the Soap Box (equivalent to P&N) under the name Potpourri. He wasn't as addicted to throwing out names of washed up sports figures and cops, but he was just as racist and pretty quickly got banned there.
