Getting win2k and 2k3 not to pop up a dialog box to "Save"...

I want a certain file type to just open from IE. I've already gone through "Folder Options" > File Types > (File type) > Advanced ...set Open to default and unchecked "prompt to open". It opens the file in the right program (ghost view for .ps files). But after doing a SP1 upgrade and security patch for 2k3 server, when i open .ps files from a pop up window, it keeps bringing up this dialog box that has "Save" and "Cancel" as it's option. I would like for this dialog to disappear completely or at the least have an "Open" option. Any suggestions?
