Getting tons of similar spam - You too?

Most of the viruses I've been getting say in the body "ok,ok, here it is."
They're already disinfected so I don't bother to check the attachment's name.

My ISP blocks SPAM but one day I got 38 SPAM all about home refinancing, just with subjects worded a little differently.
