Getting sunglasses adjusted?

I bought some used Maui Jims, they look real nice but i'd like them to grip my head better, I always feel like they're going to fall off. Is there a place I can take these to get them adjusted? Otherwise I think I'll sell them and try some Oakley's.

An optometrist can probably adjust them for you, (tub of warm sand to make it easier to bend the temples) but why would they do it for free since they didn't sell you the glasses?

Who said anything about free? 😛 - What retail stores can I get this done? Lenscrafters? Sunglass Hut? I have no idea.

Most places WILL do it for free, just like they will replace screws for free. Just ask them to do it, if they charge anything it will be a couple two three dollars.

We do it for free. Just go to any optometrist and ask them to adjust them for you.

Ugh... that's how my 16 hour a day glasses are. The felt 'grippy' and fine when he asked if I wanted it adjusted. Now that the rubber is greased up, I'm poking them back up every 5 minutes. Meanwhile, my prescription sunglasses fit like a glove, but a bit too tight.
