Getting Rid of Windows Network Logon in ME

I recently installed ME on a system and I can't get rid of the Windows Network Logon. I can just cancel it when it pops up, but it's annoying. When I open Network in the Control Panel, Window Logon is not listed as being installed, so I can't remove it, but it is in the drop down box under Client for Microsoft Networks. How do I get rid of it?

I am pretty sure TweakUI will. There is the right way, but I can;t remember it, sorry.
