Microsoft Windows 2000 (no service packs)
I have two USB peripherals that I tend to plug and unplug quite often, and ever time I do so, an Unplug/Eject window pops up. I have tried to uncheck the box that says "Show Unplug/Eject on Desktop," or something towards that effect, but everytime I restart my system and plug something in, I get the window again.
Is there any way to get rid of this annoying Unplu/Eject "feature" in Win2k? If not, is there a way to silence it?
Thanks in advance.
