Getting rid of echo in speakers

Senior member
I have the Z-5300es, the setting's are on 5.1.
If i turn matrix off, the speakers give off an eerie echo-when playing movies or music
With matrix on, the echo isn't as clear, but it's still noticeable.

Any idea where the echo even came from? Is there a sound setting in control panel that controls this?

thx

You're just not having any luck with this sound, eh? 😛

I thought you got it figured out last night 🙁

Did you check around for environmental effects in the NVmixer as Lonyo suggested? There are often settings like echo, reverb, etc. that could be causing this.

AGH! i thought i had it figured out, it was at night time though, and ppl were sleeping
So i turned it up this morning, and there's an echo. I think i'm just gonna stop complaining and figure this out.
Nvmixer doesnt have any environmental effects or at least I haven't touched any.

OK! I FIGURED IT OUT. I STUPIDLY CLICKED ENVIRONMENT IN ONE OF THE TABS. I AM AN IDIOT. THANK YOU JELLO AND AT.
