Getting random internet drops

I have tried everything to fix this every suggestion I have stopped playing certain games I have stopped using Skype I have changed every setting possible [Exaggerating lol] I don't know what to do at this point I cant play games or talk to my friends without my internet connection randomly dropping and disconnecting me from the game and the Skype call. My connection comes back instantly after it disconnects me from everything and reconnects me to the Skype call and I will have to rejoin the game. I get nothing telling me why or showing me that my connection has went out no lights go out on my router and I get no errors on my PC saying anything about my Internet disconnecting. I have even tried using different Ethernet cables and nope. I have went into my settings and disabled Green Ethernet plus about 15 other things and nope that hasn't worked either. I think it only starts disconnecting when I start playing any game I tested my connection all day and I got 0 disconnects until I joined a Skype call with my friend and started playing a game [I tested Teamspeak and I also get disconnected when using that so i don't think Skype is the problem I have also tested multiple different games]

Yes my PC is always connected directly into the router
